Scheduled maintenance
Clogged filters, dirty heat exchangers or a blocked condensate drain noticeably reduce efficiency, increase noise and electricity use and can eventually lead to a breakdown.
Solution
We carry out periodic maintenance of MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC heat pumps, air conditioners and Lossnay ventilation units following the manufacturer's recommendations: we clean indoor and outdoor units and check the condensate system, electrical connections and operating parameters. Users may clean filters themselves following the manual; refrigerant and electrical work is for specialists only.

FAQ
What can I do myself?
Following the manual you can clean the indoor filters and keep the outdoor unit clear of snow and leaves. Do not attempt refrigerant, electrical or pressure work yourself.
Why does my heat pump heat less after a year?
The most common cause is clogged filters and a dirty heat exchanger. Clean the filters first following the manual; if that doesn't help, book maintenance.
How often is maintenance needed?
It depends on the unit, its environment and how intensively it is used. We state the recommended interval at handover and record it in your account.
