Climate systems for offices
In an office, comfort directly affects how people feel and work. We design and install MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC City Multi VRF, PUMY and multi-split systems with cassette, ducted or wall-mounted indoor units, while Lossnay heat recovery provides fresh air. Each zone can be controlled separately, and central control lets the building manager see the whole system. We work with designers and contractors in the EKO2 PRO workspace.
Challenges
Different zones, different needs
South-facing rooms need cooling while north-facing ones are still cool. A VRF system lets each zone run its own mode.
Stuffy meeting rooms
With many people in a room the air quickly becomes heavy. Lossnay heat recovery brings fresh air and recovers heat.
Ceilings, routes and architecture
Equipment should be barely visible in an office interior. We choose cassette or ducted units and coordinate routes with other building services.
Unclear responsibility after handover
After construction it is often unclear who services the system. We commission the equipment, hand over the documents and offer maintenance.
City Multi VRF
A central system for many zones with individual control of each room – for medium and large offices.

How we work
FAQ
When to choose VRF and when multi-split?
It depends on the number of zones, pipe lengths and control needs. A small office is often fine with multi-split or PUMY, a larger one with City Multi. We base the choice on your premises.
Do you work with designers?
Yes. In EKO2 PRO, designers and contractors can create projects, get specifications and talk to our engineers.
Can the system be installed in an occupied office?
Often yes – we plan the work in stages and align it with your working schedule.
