Heat recovery ventilation in Vilnius

Houses being built in the capital today are airtight: high-quality windows, continuous insulation, carefully sealed junctions. In such a building natural ventilation is no longer enough, so mechanical ventilation with heat recovery becomes a necessity rather than a luxury. In Vilnius the question we usually answer is not "do I need a heat recovery unit" but "how do I install it so that the system runs quietly, evenly and is easy to maintain".

When the ducts are already designed

Some new houses and townhouses are handed over with a designed or partly installed duct system. In that case we review the design, check whether the planned unit matches the required airflow and select the right Lossnay model – LOSSNAY LGH-RVX3, VL-CZPVU-R/L-E or LOSSNAY VL-220CZGV-E. For duct connections and distribution we use flexible ducts and accessories.

When you are starting from scratch

If the house is still being designed, we plan the unit position, the intake and exhaust grilles and the duct routes together with heating and cooling. For apartments and offices

In existing apartments in the capital without ducts we offer wall-mounted mini units such as the VL-80U5-E. For offices and commercial premises we select commercial Lossnay systems, the LGH-RVX3 or LGH-RVXT; they can be fitted with a GUG-SL-E refrigerant coil section so that the supply air is heated or cooled.

Controls that follow your routine

A Lossnay system can be adapted to your daily schedule: when nobody is home the airflow can be lower, and when guests arrive or after a shower it can be higher. During commissioning we set up the modes together with you and explain how to change them, so that ventilation is effective and never disturbs you with noise, day or night.

Balancing is not a formality

Even the best unit will be noisy or inefficient if the airflows are not balanced. That is why we commission and balance every system and explain the controls and filter changes.
